Yoga Mudras for Trichotillomania
This is an online workshop for adults struggling with Trichotillomania. Over 4 sessions, we will dive into the mind/body connection and how we can use a yoga practice to create new neural pathways in the brain and alter our behavior patterns.

This workshop will focus on breaking down familiar yoga postures for all level practitioners. We will dive into common misalignments in poses and potential for injury as well as demystify some common yoga teacher cues.
